Information about processing of personal data

Company Czech village s.r.o. (a real estate company) handles your personal information as it is necessary to fulfill a contract with you regarding the sale of the services (or for the implementation of the measures taken before the conclusion of a service contract) and further processing your personal data necessary for the performance of public service obligations by our company.

  1. Legal basis for the processing of personal data

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the fact that such processing is necessary for:

    1. fulfillment of the contract between you and the Administrator or for the execution of a measure by the Administrator before the conclusion of such a contract within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (b) Regulation (EC) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on the protection of personal data);

    2. the fulfillment of the legal obligations applicable to the Administrator, within the meaning of Article 6 (1) c) of the Regulation, in particular the fulfillment of the obligations imposed on administrators by generally binding legal regulations, in particular Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax, as amended, Act No. 586/1992 Coll. as amended, and Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting, as amended.

  1. Purpose of processing of personal data

The operator obtains from the buyer the following personal data: name, surname, delivery address, billing address, telephone number, e-mail address. These data are processed to properly process your order. As part of order processing, personal data are processed to issue an invoice, issue delivery notes, transport security, and bookkeeping. These personal data are kept for 10 years for archiving purposes.

  1. Rights of the data subject

4.1 Subject to the terms of the Regulation, you have the right to request from your administrator access to your personal data, the right to rectify or erase your personal data, or limit their processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to the portability of your personal data.

4.2 If you believe that the processing of your personal data has been violated or the regulation is violated, you have, inter alia, the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.

4.3 You have no obligation to provide personal information. The provision of your personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of services and it is not possible to provide services without providing your personal data.
